AI agents are changing how event professionals approach repetitive, multi-step work. But before building an agent, there is one step most people skip: mapping the workflow.In this hands-on session, you will learn what an AI agent is, how it differs from a prompt or workflow, and how to decide whether a task is actually worth automating. You will then map a real event workflow, comparing venue RFP’s, into the structure every agent is built on: trigger, inputs, knowledge, steps, and output.

This is Part 1 of a two-part build. In Episode 4, you will take the workflow mapped in this session and build the agent from it.
