What is an event intelligence ecosystem?
An event intelligence ecosystem is a set of connected tools that capture data across an event and turn it into insight you can act on. It links planning, running the event and measuring results, so what you learn at registration and on the day feeds straight into how you prove the event’s value. The Gevme Event Intelligence Ecosystem brings seven products together to do this.

What are the Run, Host and Prove layers?
The ecosystem is organised into three layers that follow how event teams work:

• Host helps destinations and associations win the bid to host events, with ICCA BizWin.
• Prove helps teams measure and communicate an event’s economic, sustainability and legacy impact, with SHE, ImpactAIQ and IcebergHub.
Why did Gevme build an event intelligence ecosystem?
Gevme built the ecosystem to fix three common problems in business events: event data sits in separate tools, insight arrives too late to act on, and the value of an event is hard to prove. Each product is built with an industry body that already leads in its area, so event teams get specialist expertise that works with their event management software.

Snapsight is an AI content platform for live events. It provides live transcription, captions, translation in 75+ languages, real-time session summaries and audience insights. Snapsight Remix, launched in May 2026, turns sessions into branded reports, decks, social campaigns and visual assets. Snapsight works with Gevme and can also be booked on its own.
What does Spark do for event professionals?
Spark is a generative AI tool for event planning, built by event professionals for event professionals in partnership with PCMA. It helps teams repurpose content, find suitable destinations and venues, create marketing assets and build their own AI agents with Agent Studio. Spark also connects with Snapsight to repurpose session content in real time.
How does the Gevme ecosystem help prove an event's impact?
Three products in the Prove layer help show what an event delivered. ImpactAIQ reports on ROI, sponsorship value and legacy outcomes. SHE, the Sustainability Hub for Events, helps teams plan sustainable events, with guidance on carbon measurement, offsetting and eco-friendly travel in 30+ languages. What is ICCA BizWin?
ICCA BizWin is a bidding and business development tool built with ICCA, the International Congress and Convention Association. It helps members of the association meetings community, such as destinations and convention bureaus, win the right events with stronger, evidence-backed bids.
