Data Sharing Opt-Out Request
We respect your privacy and provide you with the opportunity to opt out of data sharing. If you would like to exercise your right to opt out, please follow the steps below:
- Compose an email to
dpo@gevme.com
from the email address associated with your account. - In the subject line of the email, enter “Data Sharing Opt-Out Request”.
- In the body of the email, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A clear statement expressing your desire to opt out of data sharing
Please note that by opting out of data sharing, you may limit your access to certain features and services that rely on shared data.
Our Data Protection Office (DPO) will process your request as soon as possible and notify you once your opt-out has been completed. We may require additional information to verify your identity before processing your request. Please allow sufficient time for us to complete the necessary actions. Please also note that it may take some time to fully process your request, and certain legal or operational requirements may prevent the immediate removal of all your data.

Data Retention Policy Update Notice
As part of our ongoing commitment to data privacy and security, we are updating our data retention policy. In alignment with our Data Protection Trustmark certification requirements, we have modified how long we retain customer data after subscription termination.
Key Change: Customer data will now be retained for 2 years after subscription termination (reduced from 5 years). This change takes effect from January 1, 2025.
