It’s a big day for us. We are shifting to the new subscription-based model and are changing the structure of our pricing.  So we’re making sure that our customers have learned about our new subscription plans. From the 3rd of June, we are going to make our new pricing plans adjusted.
This important adjustment is our first change in a long time, dating back to our last business model reinvention. After reviewing everything we’ve achieved, the decision is to stick with the subscription model.
We want to provide a unified system that will include all the requests of our customers and provide an opportunity to choose the right option for each of them. On our way to success, we’ve researched the market carefully, learned the expectations and desires of our clients, and considered their opinions in order to come up with a ready-made and convenient event solution for our customers.

Our new subscription model allows you to run large scale events, run unlimited events with unlimited registrations. We have been looking for new business models and ways of improving profitability and customer satisfaction. So, we’ve been investing heavily in developing:

Data Retention Policy Update Notice

As part of our ongoing commitment to data privacy and security, we are updating our data retention policy. In alignment with our Data Protection Trustmark certification requirements, we have modified how long we retain customer data after subscription termination.
Key Change: Customer data will now be retained for 2 years after subscription termination (reduced from 5 years). This change takes effect from January 1, 2025.
