Gevme Wallet Terms of Use

Welcome to Gevme Wallet, a feature that allows attendees to view and manage all their registered events in one place. By accessing or using Gevme Wallet, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Gevme Wallet.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By using Gevme Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are using Gevme Wallet on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Use of Gevme Wallet

   1.  Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Gevme Wallet. By using Gevme Wallet, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
   2. Account Registration: To access Wallet, you must register for at least one event powered by Gevme and activate your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
   3. Permitted Use: Gevme Wallet is provided for your personal use to manage your event registrations on Gevme. You agree not to use Gevme Wallet for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

3. User Conduct

   You agree not to:

   • Use Gevme Wallet for any illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities.
   • Access or attempt to access any non-public areas of Gevme Wallet or Gevme systems.
   • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Gevme Wallet.
   • Use Gevme Wallet to distribute spam or other unsolicited messages.
   • Upload or transmit any harmful code or content through Gevme Wallet.

4. Privacy

   Your use of Gevme Wallet is subject to the Gevme Wallet Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy can be accessed here

5. Intellectual Property

   1. Ownership: Gevme Wallet and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by GlobalSign.in Pte Ltd, creator of Gevme and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use Gevme Wallet in any manner that infringes our rights.
   2. Trademarks: The Gevme name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of GlobalSign.in Pte Ltd. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6. Termination

   1. Termination by You: You may stop using Gevme Wallet at any time by closing your account. To close your account please email us at support@gevme.com.
   2. Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to Gevme Wallet at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

   Gevme Wallet is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GlobalSign.in Pte Ltd disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalSign.in Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of Gevme Wallet; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Gevme Wallet.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through Gevme Wallet. Your continued use of Gevme Wallet after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
