  • All customer data, including event information, user details, and related content, will be automatically deleted 2 years after your subscription ends.
  • This policy helps ensure we maintain only necessary data while continuing to provide excellent service.
  • The shortened retention period enhances data privacy and security while still maintaining adequate records for business and legal purposes.

  • The new policy will take effect from January 1, 2025.
  • If you are immediately affected by this policy change, you will receive a separate communication from us with specific details about your data.

You maintain the right to request data deletion at any time before the automatic 2-year deletion period. To request early deletion of your data, please contact our support team or your designated account manager.
