What are event management software integrations?

Integrations connect your event management software with the other tools you already use, such as streaming platforms, email marketing, CRM, analytics and payment systems. Data moves between them automatically, so you avoid manual exports and duplicate work, and every team sees the same attendee information.

Gevme integrates with apps across five categories: video, engagement, productivity, registration and email marketing. Some are native integrations built directly into Gevme, and others connect through Zapier. On top of these, Gevme supports 20+ payment gateways, Google sign-in and Microsoft Azure AD login, and custom integrations.

Gevme has native integrations with YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Microsoft Stream, Vimeo and Zoom. You can also stream into Gevme’s own live channels from production tools such as vMix, OBS Studio and Streamlabs, or from Zoom and Webex meetings, using an RTMP URL and stream key.

Native engagement integrations include Engamio for audience engagement, Taggbox and Walls.io for social walls, and Interprefy for live interpretation. These work alongside Gevme’s own polls, Q&A, chat and announcements.

Yes. You can add Slido or Pigeonhole Live to your event as a menu item in the LiveBar or as a block on any event page. Attendees’ names, emails and company details can be passed through automatically, so they don’t have to re-enter them to join polls, Q&A and quizzes.

Yes. Through Zapier, you can connect Gevme to tools such as ActiveCampaign, Gmail, Google Sheets and Airtable, as well as a range of other registration and ticketing platforms. This lets you send attendee data where you need it and automate follow-up tasks without any coding.A Metacard is a free digital business card in the Gevme app. Attendees add their details, choose a design or upload their company branding, and list their preferred contact methods. They share it through a link or QR code, and people without the app can still save the details as a contact.

Yes. The HTML block lets you embed tools you already use on any event page. For example, you can add surveys from Alchemer, games from Kahoot, social walls from Walls.io, and Google Forms or Google Docs, with attendee details passed through where the tool supports it.

Yes. Google Tag Manager is a native Gevme integration, and you can track registrations with Google Analytics and UTM parameters. The traffic source and UTM values are stored with each order, and the confirmation page shares order details with your tracking tools for conversion tracking.

Gevme works with 20+ payment gateways, including Stripe, Adyen and PayPal, so you can collect ticket payments through the provider you prefer. You can also use Gevme Pay, the built-in payment option, to start selling tickets without a separate integration.

Yes. Custom integrations are available with third-party apps, including CRM integration so attendee and registration data flows into your sales and marketing systems. Enterprise plans add a custom integrations engine for more complex setups.
