Eligibility
What is the eligibility criteria for Digi-TAC applications supported by Enterprise Singapore (ESG)?
Eligibility criteria for TACs:
- Registered as a Trade Association or Chamber of Commerce under the Registry of Societies (ROS) or ACRA.
- Represent the business interests of a trade(s) or industry sector(s) whose members are operating in or from Singapore.
- Has a Management Committee or Board or Council overseeing the activities of the TAC.
- Operating full-time from Singapore in a proper office set-up located in a commercial building or equivalent and has a local telephone number.
- Has at least three full-time salaried employees working in the TAC
- Has at least 50 members with at least 75% of them being SMEs.
- Has not installed up-to-date equipment and/or solutions for the digital capabilities that TAC is applying for support under this programme.
- Has not obtained other funding from government agencies for a similar project.
Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted or lapse of application period, whichever comes first.
1“Up-to-date” refers to any related equipment and/or solution that has been installed or implemented within the past three years.

How do I apply for the Digi-TAC programme?

Do I need to take the training course of the same category as the digital solution my TAC intend to adopt?
No, the solution and the training course do not need to be from the same category.
My association is a non-profit charity organisation, are we still eligible for the Digi-TAC programme?
The Trade Association or Chamber of Commerce (TAC) has to be registered under ROS or ACRA, and represents the business interests of a trade(s) or industry sector(s) whose members are operating in and from Singapore.
When will I be notified of the application outcome?
SBF will process your application (subject to complete and accurate information and supporting documents) as promptly as possible. Application may take up one (1) month to process. SBF will try to expedite for urgent application.
SBF will contact you by email based on the contact information provided in your application to let you know the outcome of your application.
If your application has been approved, SBF will contact you with the Letter of Offer which will include key details of your project. Upon receiving your Letter of Offer, you will need to send SBF your signed Letter of Acceptance which will be attached at the end of your Letter of Offer. Once SBF has received your signed Letter of Acceptance, you may embark on your Digi-TAC project with your selected vendor.

Data Retention Policy Update Notice

Key Change: Customer data will now be retained for 2 years after subscription termination (reduced from 5 years). This change takes effect from January 1, 2025.
