Taggbox Display is a product by Taggbox that offers complete solutions to attract, engage and inspire virtual audiences with a social wall. The Taggbox Display has a social media aggregator which collects, curates and displays content from over 15 social media platforms through predetermined event hashtags or selected trending topics.
Integration
When embedded into the Gevme platform, the display appears similar to the social wall at physical events, and encourages audience members to engage with one another and network. Event professionals can moderate the content, customise the social wall and position the responsive widget anywhere on the screen. Essentially, this not only amplifies the social element for the virtual event attendees, but also increases brand engagement and the publicity for the event. Furthermore, this also provides an additional avenue for event organisers to offer sponsors when it comes to increasing brand visibility during events.

How to integrate
On the Venue Editor, click on ‘Virtual’ and click ‘Live pages’
- Click on ‘Customize’ for the Live page where you want the embed the widget.
- Click ‘Live Bar ‘on the left.
- Click ‘Advanced’
- Click on ‘Custom Apps’
- Select ‘Embed Frame’ and click ‘Add’
- Click on the new content block “My New App”
- Under “IframeSrc”, paste the embed code from Taggbox, upload/select an icon for the widget and click ‘Save’.
- The widget should appear on the Live bar at the right of the Live page

Data Retention Policy Update Notice
As part of our ongoing commitment to data privacy and security, we are updating our data retention policy. In alignment with our Data Protection Trustmark certification requirements, we have modified how long we retain customer data after subscription termination.
Key Change: Customer data will now be retained for 2 years after subscription termination (reduced from 5 years). This change takes effect from January 1, 2025.
