Description
Splash is an event management platform that allows users to plan, promote, execute, and measure the success of their events. It focuses on marketing automation that lets brands scale event programs, reach and connect with target audiences in-person, and connect event-driven engagement to business results.
Integration
The integration between Splash and Gevme Virtual goes beyond collecting registrations and keeping them updated. It lets Splash collect data from Gevme Virtual to keep updated on RSVPs, whether someone attended the event post-registration and waitlisted attendees. Other than that, it syncs data between both platforms so that both platforms are constantly updated on the incoming registrations, attendees and updates.

Data Retention Policy Update Notice
As part of our ongoing commitment to data privacy and security, we are updating our data retention policy. In alignment with our Data Protection Trustmark certification requirements, we have modified how long we retain customer data after subscription termination.
Key Change: Customer data will now be retained for 2 years after subscription termination (reduced from 5 years). This change takes effect from January 1, 2025.
