Bizzabo is an event success platform that helps organizers create events. It allows event managers to build websites, sell tickets, grow communities, go mobile and maximize events experiences. It strives to provide an all-in-one solution to these event organizers.
Integration
The integration between Gevme Virtual and Bizzabo is two-ways, where there is a transfer of data between the two, in order to keep up with constant updates on either. Other than the regular transfer of information about new registrations, updates and cancellations, Bizzabo allows transferring the registration to another attendee which will automatically get updated on Gevme Virtual. The integration enables event managers to manage data on either of the platforms without having to make changes on the other.

Data Retention Policy Update Notice
As part of our ongoing commitment to data privacy and security, we are updating our data retention policy. In alignment with our Data Protection Trustmark certification requirements, we have modified how long we retain customer data after subscription termination.
Key Change: Customer data will now be retained for 2 years after subscription termination (reduced from 5 years). This change takes effect from January 1, 2025.
