Introduction

The Gevme Mobile App is a mobile companion app that allows users to enhance their event experiences with features like networking and virtual event viewing.

Definitions

“User” is an individual or entity who uses the Services provided on the Gevme Mobile App;

“Client” is an individual or entity who has registered an account on gevme.com to manage their virtual, hybrid or physical event;

“GlobalSign.In” is an event tech company that is located at their registered address, 28 Genting Lane, #01-01 Platinum 28, Singapore 349585 with Company Registration Number 200704830D and for the purposes of this agreement referred to as “GSI” and/or “Company” where applicable.

“Service” includes the applications, technological tools, products, features and offering that is made available by GSI to Clients and/or Users.

Acceptance of terms

By registering an account on the Gevme Mobile App and/or using the Services, the User signifies his/her agreement to (1) this User Agreement and (2) the Privacy Policy found at https://www.gevme.com/en/gevme-mobile-app-privacy-policy/ incorporated herein by reference. 

Use of Service 

GSI hereby grants Users permission to access the Gevme Mobile app and use the Service as set forth in this User Agreement, subject to the following conditions:

1. User is 18 years old or older;
2. Users agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the Service without GSI’s prior written authorization.
3. Users agree not to alter or modify any part of the Service. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following non-exhaustive list of actions, constitute alteration or modifications of the Service:
   1. Changing the source code;
   2. Addition, modification, removal of any component of the Service
   3. Mining of information from the platform
4. Users agree not to access the Service through any technology or means other than those authorized by GSI;
5. Users agree not to use the Service for any of the following commercial uses prior to GSI’s written approval is obtained:
   1. the sale of access to any part of the Service;
   2. the sale of advertising, sponsorship or promotions placed on or within the Service
6. Users agree not to modify, build upon, or block any portion or functionality of the Service.
7. Users agree that in their use of the Service, all applicable laws will be complied with.

Prohibited uses

For the purposes of this User Agreement, prohibited use includes, but is not limited to (“prohibited use”):

1. Sharing of accounts by Users, with any other person who is not the registered holder of said account;
2. Create a fake identity on your Gevme Mobile meta card, misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with a company or entity;
3. the access and use of any account, by a person who is not a registered holder of that account, regardless of whether that person may be a holder of another account; 
4. any violations of User of Services of this User Agreement; 
5. Spamming and other malicious activity (e.g. denial of service attack, posting anything that contains viruses or worms or any other harmful codes);
6. the usage of the Service for any illegal and immoral purposes
7. Scrape the platform or otherwise copy other users data from the platform using software, scripts or any other means. 
8. Reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile all or any portion of, or attempt to discover or recreate the source code for, any software that is part of the Service (except to the extent such restriction is limited under Applicable Law).
9. Use information which is fraudulent, defamatory, offensive, obscene or harassing in nature.

GSI reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any account that violates this User Agreement or misuses the services .
In the event that Users detect or suspect that there is a breach of security and/or prohibited use of their accounts, Users must notify GSI immediately. GSI reserves the right to decide whether any User has violated this User Agreement. 

Disclaimer and warranties

1. Users hereby agree that their use of the Service shall be at their sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the use of the Service and the Users’ use thereof.
2. GSI makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content accessed or the content or any sites linked to the Service and assumes no responsibility for any:-
   1. Errors, mistakes or inaccuracies of the content; 
   2. Injury, damage or loss of any nature whatsoever resulting from the User’s access and use of the Service; 
   3. Any unauthorized access or use of the User’s account and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein; 
   4. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to and from the Service;
   5. Any viruses, Trojan Horse or the like which may be transmitted to or through the service by any third party; and/or
   6. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content via the Service.

Third parties

Your use of contents posted on the Gevme Mobile App is at your own risk. 

1. The Gevme Mobile App contains experiences and events that are created by Clients. GSI does not assume any responsibility for such content.
2. The Service may contain links to third party websites and content that are not owned or controlled by GSI. GSI does not assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of any third-party websites.
3. The Service may contain posts and information from third party websites and content that are not owned or controlled by GSI. GSI does not assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of any third-party websites.
4. The User acknowledges and affirms that GSI will not and cannot censor, verify or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, Users hereby relieve GSI, from any and all liability arising from their own use of any third-party websites and/or their postings on our Service.
5. Accordingly, we encourage Users to be aware when they leave the Service and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any other website that they visit.
