Pre-Event Preparation Made Easy

Event preparation can be difficult. To help exhibitors, we provided the Gevme exhibitor portal – a central platform to manage their AIME presence.

Exhibitors could:

  • Manage company information: Update details, add logos, and ensure their profile was complete.
  • Handle badge management: Assign badges to their team, buy more if needed, and track personnel.
  • Upgrade packages: Buy add-ons directly through the portal to improve their visibility at AIME.

This self-service approach reduced work for exhibitors and organizers, allowing them to focus on networking and business.

Frictionless Check-In & On-Site Experience

Event check-ins can be slow and inefficient. AIME 2025 needed a better way. Gevme’s software powered seamless check-ins, self-service badge printing, and live attendance tracking, making long lines and registration bottlenecks a thing of the past. Working with Sprintr, a local hardware expert, we ensured attendees checked in fast, badges printed instantly, and real-time data flowed to organizers.
  • Rapid check-in: Self-service kiosks and the Gevme Kiosk App sped up entry, cutting wait times.
  • Data accuracy & security: Real-time database sync ensured clean records, minimizing errors.
  • Real-time attendance tracking: Organizers used Gevme’s dashboard to monitor entry numbers as they happened, helping them manage crowd flow and make quick decisions.
This setup proved that streamlined check-ins aren’t just possible, they should be expected. With the right tools and local expertise, this experience can be replicated anywhere.

Content that Sticks

We also focused on improving content engagement and retention. Snapsight, our AI content summarization tool, was key at AIME 2025.

  • Real-time summaries: Snapsight gave multilingual summaries of sessions in real-time, so attendees captured key takeaways.
  • Silent sessions support: Snapsight helped attendees learn during Silent Sessions by recording discussions and making content accessible after the event.

Data Retention Policy Update Notice

As part of our ongoing commitment to data privacy and security, we are updating our data retention policy. In alignment with our Data Protection Trustmark certification requirements, we have modified how long we retain customer data after subscription termination.
Key Change: Customer data will now be retained for 2 years after subscription termination (reduced from 5 years). This change takes effect from January 1, 2025.
