At Gevme, our focus had always been on making event organisers’ lives easier.
Not this time.
As event registrants, we seem to face an endless list of fuss despite how advanced event management systems claim to be:
- Scrolling through countless emails to find attached etickets.
- Double checking multiple emails to see if events dates clash
- Having to download PDFs, QR codes, etickets and invoices etc.
And perhaps the the worst:
- Reaching the venue only to realise your registration isn’t complete because the ticket hasn’t been paid for
All-in-one. Fuss-free.
That is why we came up with Gevme Wallet.
GEVME wallet literally acts like a wallet for all the events. From a main page which features all the upcoming events registered for to a list of past events, you’d be able to find everything from event info, registration details submitted to Google Map directions.
GEVME wallet will also tell you if payment hasn’t been made, you will be prompted to make the payment then and there via the Wallet.
What’s for event organisers?
This feature will also grant more flexibility to event organisers to commence event registration before the full event agenda is ready.
Additional workshops can be added in between the registration cycle to increase sponsorship revenue without compromising the event experience of early-bird registrants.
Event registrants would be able to update their preferences and choices to opt-in to tracks and workshops after registration.
GEVME Wallet is now available to all Gevme users. Sign up at https://app.gevme.com/wallet to retrieve all your event information.
For event organisers, simply go to Event Settings> Forms and check on the option <Allow ticket buyer to update information after registration> to enjoy the benefits of Gevme Wallet.
