What is Gevme?
Gevme is event management software that helps organisers plan, run and measure in-person, virtual and hybrid events from one place. Teams use it for registration and ticketing, event websites, onsite check-in and badge printing, business matchmaking, a mobile event app, live engagement, exhibitor management and post-event reporting. Gevme is headquartered in Singapore and built by the industry, for the industry.

Event management software is a tool that helps organisers plan, promote, run and report on events from one system. It brings registration, ticketing, event websites, attendee emails, check-in, virtual delivery and reporting together, so teams don’t need separate spreadsheets, forms and apps.

How much does Gevme cost?
Gevme’s event management software comes in four plans:
• Free: USD 0
• Starter: from USD 1,050 per year
• Pro: from USD 2,400 per year
• Enterprise: custom pricing for large or complex events
Starter and Pro are billed annually. On those plans, you can add extra attendees from USD 2.10 each, and add extra organiser users.
Does Gevme offer a free plan?
Yes. Gevme’s Free plan lets you use its event management software at no cost, with no credit card needed. It includes the website builder, virtual venue editor and 50+ themes. When your events grow, you can upgrade to Starter, Pro or Enterprise for more features and support.
Can Gevme run in-person, virtual and hybrid events?
Yes. Gevme’s event management software runs all three formats on one platform, with the same registration and attendee data. In-person events get kiosk check-in and badge printing. Virtual and hybrid events get 2D and 3D virtual environments, livestreamed sessions and virtual exhibitor booths.
How does Gevme use AI?
Gevme uses AI in three ways:
• An AI planning assistant sets up events from plain-language prompts, drafts agendas and content, and builds analytics.
• AI business matchmaking suggests the right meetings between attendees, exhibitors and sponsors.
• An AI attendee assistant answers attendee questions during the event.

Track registrations, attendance, session check-ins, engagement, exhibitor leads, sponsor value and survey feedback. Gevme captures this data in live dashboards and session-level analytics.
