SUMW 2026 will take place from 4 – 6 November, bringing together the global urban mobility and land transport sector through a comprehensive programme comprising a multi-stage conference, exhibition, technical visits, and curated networking sessions.
Featuring over 300 exhibitors and partners, the exhibition will showcase cutting-edge urban mobility technologies and solutions, offering direct access to market insights, strategic partnerships, and emerging business opportunities.
Trade visitors enjoy free access to the exhibition showcase, providing a clear view of developments shaping urban transport across the Asia-Pacific and beyond.

- Register as a SUMW 2026 Trade Visitor or Conference Delegate by 30 September 2026, 23:59 GMT+8, and stand a chance to qualify.
- Two winners will each receive one complimentary three-night stay at Pan Pacific Singapore from 3 to 6 November 2026 (Check-in: 3 Nov and Check-out: 6 Nov).
- Room Occupancy is on a single-occupancy basis only.
- The promotion is open to eligible local and overseas participants aged 18 and above.
- Each registration is entitled to one chance only.
- All previously registered participants will also be eligible for the promotion.
- Winners will be notified on 5 October Monday by email
- Participants under the Hosted Buyer Programme or already receiving sponsored accommodation for the same period are not eligible.
- Winners will be selected at random and contacted using the business email address provided at registration.
- Winners must maintain a valid SUMW 2026 registration with a valid business email and confirm acceptance within the period stated in the winner notification.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative stay dates or other benefits.
- Airfare, visas, transportation, meals, incidental charges or any other personal expenses are excluded from this promotion.
- If a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period or cannot use the accommodation on the specified dates, the Organiser reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
- The hotel stay is subject to availability and Pan Pacific Singapore’s applicable booking and accommodation policies.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion without prior notice
- Organiser’s decision will be final, and no disputes will be entertained.
- Staff from the Ministry of Transport, Singapore, LTA Singapore, MSI Global Pte Ltd and MP Singapore are not eligible for this promotion

Trade Visitor badges are strictly non-transferable for security purposes. All visitors may be required to present valid identification and undergo security and/or bag checks prior to entry into the exhibition.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to visitors who are not dressed in business attire or who do not meet the admission requirements.

By registering for this event, you consent to the processing of your personal data by the SUMW 2026 Secretariat and Organisers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Regulations
The organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, seating arrangements or any related activities of Singapore Urban Mobility Week (SUMW) 2026 at any time. The organiser also reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
