ご来場の皆様への大切なご案内
- Photography and videography will be conducted throughout the event for publicity.
イベント当日は、広報活動のため会場内で写真および動画の撮影を行います。
- For the experience on board the ship, visitors will need to cross the gangway, climb and descend steep stairs, and move through narrow passageways on board independently.
艦内見学では、タラップを渡ったり、急な階段を上り下りしたり、狭い通路を通る必要があり、ご自身で移動していただく必要があります。
- For safety reasons, visitors must be above 0.85m tall, be in good health and able to move around independently or with minimal assistance. This ensures that visitors can safely walk through the ship, especially the ship's ladders and steps, which are higher than usual.
安全上の理由により、身長85cmを超えている方で、健康状態に問題がなく、ご自身で移動できる方、またはわずかな補助で移動できる方のみご乗艦いただけます。これにより、通常よりも高さのある船内のはしごや階段を含め、来場者の皆様に船内を安全に移動していただけます。
- Visitors with mobility difficulties, including infant-in-arms, pregnant women, and seniors who may require assistance will not be allowed on board.
抱っこが必要な乳幼児、妊娠中の方、移動に介助が必要なご高齢の方など、ご自身での移動が難しい方は乗艦できません。
- Sandals, slippers, open-toed footwear, and high heels are strictly prohibited. Ladies are advised to avoid wearing skirts or dresses.
サンダル、スリッパ、つま先の開いた靴、ハイヒールでの乗艦は固くお断りします。また、スカートやワンピースの着用はお控えください。
- Bag checks will be conducted before boarding. Sharp objects and weapons are strictly prohibited. Please refer to the FAQ in the link below for full list of prohibited items.
乗艦前に手荷物検査を行います。刃物などの鋭利な物や武器類の持ち込みは禁止されています。
- All ship visits and safety briefings will be conducted in English.
艦内見学および安全に関する説明は、すべて英語で行われます。
- RSN reserves the right to restrict access if safety requirements are not met.
安全上の条件を満たしていない場合、シンガポール海軍の判断により乗艦をお断りすることがあります。
- RSN may cancel or modify the event due to weather conditions. Visitors will be notified of any changes via their registered contact details.

Q: Is registration required?
事前登録は必要ですか？
A: As visit slots are limited, we strongly encourage visitors to register online and secure their tickets in advance. A limited number of walk-in tickets may be available on the day, subject to availability. Registration is free of charge, and the registration process can be completed in under 2 minutes.
見学枠には限りがあるため、事前にオンラインで登録し、チケットを確保することを強くおすすめします。当日受付のチケットも若干数ご用意する場合がありますが、空き状況によってはご案内できないことがあります。登録は無料で、所要時間は2分ほどです。
Q: Are there any visitor restrictions?
見学に条件や制限はありますか？
A: Visitors must be able to navigate the ship independently and without assistant. For the safety of all visitors, visitors with mobility difficulties may be denied boarding at the discretion of our crew.
艦内をご自身で、介助を受けずに移動できる必要があります。来場者の安全を確保するため、移動が困難な方は、乗組員の判断により乗艦をお断りする場合があります。
Q: Are Children permitted on board?
子どもも乗艦できますか？
A: Yes, children are welcome. Children aged 17 and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please note that the visit involves navigating narrow passageways and steep stairwells. Visitors with in-arm toddlers or infants are required to use a baby carrier.
はい、お子様もご乗艦いただけますが、16歳以下のお子様は保護者の同伴が必要です。艦内見学では、狭い通路を通ったり、急な階段を上り下りしたりする必要があります。抱っこが必要な乳幼児をお連れの場合は、抱っこひもをご使用ください。

A: Visitors are advised to wear long pants and covered shoes for safety purposes. Sandals, slippers, open-toed footwear, and high heels are strictly prohibited. Ladies are advised to avoid wearing skirts or dresses.

Q: Will I need to present identification upon arrival?
来場時に身分証明書の提示は必要ですか？
A: Yes, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (such as passport, driver's licence, or national ID card). The name on your ID must match your registration details. Please also present your E-Ticket from your confirmation email at the entrance.
はい。パスポート、運転免許証、国が発行した身分証明書など、顔写真付き身分証明書をお持ちください。身分証明書に記載された氏名は、登録情報と一致している必要があります。また、入口で確認メールに記載されたEチケットもご提示ください。
Q: Is parking available at Tokyo International Cruise Terminal?
東京国際クルーズターミナルに駐車場はありますか？
A: Parking facilities at the terminal are very limited. Visitors are strongly encouraged to travel by public transport.

Q: Are walk-in visitors accepted?
事前登録をしていなくても、当日参加できますか？
A: Yes, a limited number of walk-in slots may be available on the day. However, we strongly advise visitors to register online in advance to secure their preferred time slot.
