Yew Tee Family Day 2022 - Beach Carnival @ Sentosa
Event Venue: Sapphire Pavilion @ Siloso Beach, Sentosa

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
TRANSPORTATION
* One-way transport provided from Yew Tee to Sentosa.
* Bus will depart with 45 persons on board.
* First bus at 7:30 am and last bus at 8:30 am.
* Boarding point: Hard Court @ Yew Tee Close (Opposite Block 627).
* For self-driving, entry fees to Sentosa, parking & any related expenses will be on own arrangement.
PHYSICAL TICKET, WRIST TAG & SENTOSA FUN PASS
* Collection will be at Yew Tee CC from now till 25 June 2022 (Saturday), 10 am to 6 pm.
* There will be no collection at the event venue.
* Confirmation email or print-out with QR code is required during collection.
* Wrist tag must be worn at all times during the event for identification.
* Lost, damaged or stolen physical ticket, wrist tag and Sentosa Fun Pass are not replaceable under any circumstances and no refund will be provided.
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
* Participants above the age of 12 must be fully vaccinated.
* Please bring along your vaccination certificate if you do not have a functioning mobile phone with TraceTogether app.
* The organising committee reserves the right to reject participants who do not comply with vaccination requirements and no refund will be made.
In case of dispute, the organising committee reserves all final rights.
