Registration Notes:
- If payment is not received by the stated deadline, your registration may be reclassified under a different category, and the corresponding rate at the time of payment will apply.
- All fees are in USD and include applicable taxes.
- To register as a Member (Physician/Scientist) or Member (Therapist, Nurse, AHP), a membership number is required to be provided.
- **Residents from Low and Lower-Middle Income Countries can benefit from this price. Please refer to the World Bank Group's country classification by Income level figure for 2024-2025.
- ***To register as a Student/Trainee, proof of eligibility is required. This includes a copy of your student ID or an official letter from your institution (with a valid date), confirming your valid status at the time of registration and for the duration of the Congress.
- The registration fee for delegates (category 1-6) includes entry to all sessions, the exhibition area, the poster area, welcome reception, the opening session and the closing session.

Group Registration Policies and Requirements:
- 5% discount will be provided for more than 10 pax.
- To request a group registration, please email to the Registration Department at wcnr2026-registration@kit-group.org before starting your registration process.
- Group registration is only available when the total payment is made under a single invoice.
- The discount applies exclusively to the main congress registration fee.
- Payment for the invoice must be received by the stated deadline; otherwise, the invoice will be considered outdated, and different rates may apply.
- Individual cancellations within a group registration are NOT allowed due to the applied discounts. However, a one-time replacement can be requested by the group coordinator via email to wcnr2026-registration@kit-group.org on or before 25 September 2026 (GMT+9).
