Virtual One Community Fiesta 2021

All participants are to read the following information before registration.
General Information
1. Event will be conducted online.
- Zoom: Virtual Amazing Race, 18 December 2021, Saturday, 10.00am – 12.00pm*
- Zoom & Facebook Live: Announcement of Winners & Lucky Draw - 19 December 2021, Sunday, 10.00am – 11.00am
*A short game briefing for Virtual Amazing Race will be conducted at 10.00am
2. Two GROUPS of participants will be randomised to form a TEAM by the organiser.
3. Each GROUP will receive notification of their GROUP number via email nearer to the event date.
4. Participants will receive the zoom link for Virtual Amazing Race latest by 16 December 2021, Thursday.
5. Participants will receive the zoom link for Announcement of Winners & Lucky Draw latest by 18 December 2021, Saturday.
6. Photos, videos and other recordings will be taken during the event for publicity purposes.
7. No Refunds are allowed unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
8. The organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.
Prizes & Lucky Draws
1. Game prize will be split into two and awarded to each GROUP.
2. A lucky draw will be held on 19 December 2021, Sunday, for all registered GROUPS. Registered GROUPS must be present to be eligible for the lucky draw prize.
Registration
1. Participants shall form a GROUP of minimum 3 pax and a maximum of 5 pax. All GROUP members’ name & NRIC number must be filled in during registration.
2. As the Virtual Amazing Race involves a certain level of complexity, it would be good to have an accompanying adult in the GROUP.
3. Participants shall provide a valid email address for correspondences.
During Virtual Amazing Race
1. For better game experience, every participant is strongly recommended to use
- a laptop/ desktop computer with earphones/ headphones,
- a microphone (built-in or USB plug-in) and
- a webcam (built-in or USB plug-in)
3. Participants will be assigned to a breakout room according to your GROUP number.
4. Winners will be awarded based on a scoring system which includes speed, creativity, innovativeness, and teamwork.

After Virtual Amazing Race
1. Participants will receive an email with the Zoom link for the Announcement of Winners & Lucky Draw event, which will be held on 19 December 2021, 10.00am – 11.00am.
