9:00 am - 2.00 pm
Mandarin Oriental, Singapore
Garden Suite, Level 5

Registration opens at 8:00 am

Join us at this premier event dedicated to learning the latest testing technologies for detecting elusive signal events in the spectrum and recording and analyzing wideband signals and interferers.

This event is specially catered for the home surveillance teams, aerospace and defense customers, frequency regulators, and base station and radar engineers who want to enhance their knowledge of field testing and signal intelligence using Keysight FieldFox Portable Analyzer and the wideband recording systems and analyzers.

Attendees will gain insights into advanced field testing techniques, such as spectrum monitoring, source locations, and identifying interference, all in a single platform. Various techniques for Time Difference of Arrival, Angle of Arrival, big data spectrum environment recording, and analysis will be covered.

Highlights:
•    FieldFox C model latest updates and mmWave Portable Analyzer for 5G signals monitoring
•    Spectrum Monitoring workflow, automating RF surveys, RF classification
•    Identify the emitter and interferer locations, through TDOA and AoA techniques
•    Keysight Spectrum Management Software, Spectrum View Software to aid in your daily signal analysis and monitoring task

08:00 - 09:00 Welcome Break and Demo
09:00 - 09:05Opening and Welcome
09:05 - 09:35Keysight New Product Launch and What’s New with FieldFoxUnlock advanced features in your tester with Keysight's latest test solutions! The N5186A is a compact 4-channel signal generator that operates up to 8.5 GHz with 960 MHz of modulation bandwidth per channel. Generate MIMO signals and multi-type waveforms effortlessly and save cost without needing multiple signal generators. Discover the innovative embedded reflectometer technology, which helps swift DUT Match correction. Also, Keysight’s new FieldFox series signal analyzer is now more software-defined, allowing engineers to pay only for their needed capabilities through a groundbreaking mix-and-match software application concept.Raymond Shen
09:35 - 10:20FieldFox Use Case and ApplicationThis presentation helps to enhance your understanding of portable analyzer applications in both gNB (next-generation NodeB) and satellite ground station maintenance. The FieldFox portable analyzer supports frequency band FR1 and millimeter-wave (mmWave) FR2, making it ideal for 5G base station coverage testing, network optimization, and EMF field compliance tests. Discover how the integrated Real-Time Spectrum Analysis feature helps detect 5G base station synchronization signals and interference. For satellite station maintenance, explore the measurement requirements for various blocks in a satellite ground station and learn how Keysight’s FieldFox can perform the necessary maintenance tests for each segment.Yong Wee Thang
10:20 - 11:00Coffee/Tea Break and Demo
11:00 - 11:45Recording and Analysis of Wideband Signals in a Big Data EnvironmentWideband RF recordings create extremely large data files that require significant time and processing to extract useful information. The cost of analysis can, in some cases, overtake the test system cost, so industry leaders are searching for better, faster methods to validate expected performance, as well as identify signals that were not anticipated.  Machine learning enabled analysis can assist in preliminary detection and categorization of signals. The software can perform basic energy detection and unsupervised clustering of the signal data. In doing so, it can create an interactive database where an analyst can quickly sort and filter the information throughout an entire recording to home in on signals of interest, interferers, data trends, and statistics. Modern analysis must accelerate the path to insight, enabling valuable resources to focus on decision-quality metrics.Than Tun

11:45 - 12:30Mobile Spectrum and Interference Management from HF to mmWaveEach year, governments auction out hundreds of MHz or even GHz of spectrum, from cellular, Wi-Fi, IoT to NTN (satellite). These technologies essentially transfer contained power from wire to unrestricted energy in the form of electromagnet waveforms. The automotive industry is also exploring wireless charging EVs. All sounds great for humans if they can be managed well. This means we need an effective and efficient spectrum management ecosystem.

However, technologies are never meant to be perfect. There are many unintentional and intentional interferences. Effective and intelligent spectrum management is critical to modern telecommunication networks.

In this presentation, we will discuss
1. Spectrum management overview and challenges it faces
2. Spectrum monitoring for terrestrial and non-terrestrial network
3. DF (direction finding) technologies
4. Hybrid Mobile DF
5. Interference management

The presentation will teach you about spectrum management, interference management, troubleshooting interference issues with various DF technologies, and how to use them effectively. Keysight is a leader in spectrum management, and we will help guide you through the process.
