3          You will be receiving your monetary award via PayNow three working days after the certificate collection.  Please ensure that you have registered for a PayNow account via Internet Banking and link your NRIC to your PayNow account before the collection.

4          Do present this letter to the Grassroots Volunteer on the day of collection.
