The Straits Times 'In This Together' Singalong Challenge Brought to you by NETS
Beat the Covid-19 stay-at-home blues by taking part in this singing challenge.
Come up with a short song - it can even be a rap - with the theme and lyrics "In This Together".
Perform it alone, or with your family and friends (virtually, please), and send us the video of your performance. The judges will be looking for creativity, energy and harmony.
The Straits Times, in partnership with NETS, is giving cash prizes of $1,000 each to 10 winners.

How to take part:
- Come up with a short song, rap or jingle.
- The lyrics must feature the phrase "In This Together". The entry must be in English.
- Record a video clip of yourself or with family members or friends performing the item. When performing with people outside your household, do so virtually to abide by safe distancing rules.
- Each video clip should be no longer than 60 seconds.
- E-mail the video to stpromo@sph.com.sg with the subject header "In This Together".
- You can also post the video on your Instagram or Facebook page with the hashtag #stnetschallenge. Ensure that your accounts' settings are public, so that your video can be viewed.
- Deadline for entries is 6pm on May 18.
- Ten winners will win $1,000 each.
- Results will be published in The Straits Times Life section on May 30.
- The judges' decision is final.
- Employees of SPH and its related corporations (“SPH Group”) or of SPH’s partners and/or sponsors for the 'In This Together' Singalong Challenge (if applicable), and their immediate family members (including spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) are not eligible.
- By participating in the 'In This Together' Singalong Challenge: (a) you represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of all intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights in the video clip (the "Entry") and that the Entry does not infringe upon or violate any laws, intellectual property and other proprietary rights, right of privacy or publicity, nor does it constitute defamation against or violate any common law rights or any other rights of any person, firm or corporation; (b) you grant Singapore Press Holdings Limited and its related corporations and affiliates (collectively, "SPH") and SPH's partners and sponsors (including, but not limited to, NETWORK FOR ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD) a perpetual royalty-free and transferable right to use, reproduce, publish, display print, edit or distribute the Entry (or any part thereof), in its original or edited format, on all mediums and platforms worldwide, without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and (c) you will indemnify and keep SPH and SPH's partners and sponsors and their respective officers, agents, employees and contractors (the "Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, claims and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of your breach of this provision or any of the other terms and conditions herein.
