ACCOMMODATION INFORMATIONHotel Accommodation Reservations
Accommodation will be covered by MC for the duration of your stay at the Capella from 18 – 20 May (2 room nights), for the Premier Room category. This is only applicable for delegates based outside of Singapore. Should there not be any suitable flight that fits this schedule, MC will cover your additional night’s stay.
Official hotel check-in time: 3.00pm
Official hotel check-out time: 12.00pm
Complimentary buffet breakfast at The Knolls restaurant and wireless internet access is part of the accommodation package.
Room Extensions/Incidentals
Any additional room nights and incidental charges will be borne by the individual and should be settled upon check-out from the hotel.
The MC group rate is available for extensions two nights prior and two nights after, at S$400++ per room per night for the Premier category. Room extensions are subject to availability and any extensions beyond two nights may be subject to the hotel’s best available rate.
FLIGHT BOOKING INFORMATION
Return flight between your home country and Singapore will be covered by MC.
1.For flights with duration of less than 5 hours, we will book you on economy class on a full-fledged carrier
2.For flights with duration of more than 5 hours, you may request to go on business class on a full-fledged carrier at no additional cost
3.Based on you preferred flight timings, MC will sponsor the lowest available return fare. Kindly note that any additional costs incurred will be borne by the individual.

Recommended departure date and time: After 4.00pm on 20 May
Kindly provide your passport and preferred flight details at registration for us to arrange your flight via our preferred travel partner, Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT).
CWT will contact you directly to liaise with you on your flight booking.
You may also make your own flight arrangements via your preferred partner but all costs will be borne by the individual. MC will not be responsible for any costs involved for flights booked outside of CWT.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
By Taxi
Taxis are conveniently available at the taxi stands at the Arrival levels of each terminal. The journey to the Capella Singapore may cost between <INSERT> and <INSERT> and take approximately 30 minutes. Fares are metered and there is an additional airport surcharge for all trips originating from the airport. Please note that most taxi operators do not accept Visa credit cards.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
Most foreigners coming into Singapore do not require a visa for entry and may be given social visit passes for up to 30 days from their arrival in Singapore. However, it is best to consult your local consular office for the latest information.

SINGAPORE TRAVEL INFORMATION
Currency, Cash and Credit
The currency used in Singapore is the Singapore dollar (S$). Money changing services can be found at the Singapore Changi Airport and most shopping centers and hotels around the island. You can also access the automated teller machines (ATMs) located everywhere in Singapore.
Electrical Socket
The standard plug to use in Singapore is single phase, 3 rectangular pins (Type G) at 230 volts.
Singapore Weather
The average daytime temperature ranges from 24°C (75°F) to 31°C (88°F).
(No) Smoking
It is an offence to smoke in air-conditioned areas such as shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment outlets and cinemas, on public transport and in lifts. The smoking ban has also been imposed on public eateries and within a five-meter radius from most building entrances. A maximum fine of S$1,000 may be imposed on first-time offenders.
