Dr Ashutosh MISRA Chief Technology Officer, Electronics Air Liquide Electronics As the Chief Technology Officer of Air Liquide Electronics, Ashutosh is responsible for defining the global technical vision and product development strategies of the Electronics Business Line. Prior to his current position, he was the Worldwide Director of ALOHA™ Electronics Performance Materials, where he oversaw Air Liquide’s advanced precursor business that supplies leading edge materials for CVD and ALD processes. From 2001-2008, as Director of Materials Development, Ashutosh lead the accelerated development and screening of advanced precursors and surface preparation products for semiconductor applications. He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and was nominated as Air Liquide Group Fellow in 2013. | |

Prior to this, he was the Area Sales Manager responsible for the sales operations for Singapore and Indonesia. YH has worked with engineers and scientist from the academia and various industry sectors, such as Electronics, Industrial Monitoring, Automotive, Semiconductor, Aerospace and MCM applications for more than 10 years. YH graduated from Nanyang Technological University majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. |
Mr Chua Chee Seong President & Managing Director, Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd Chua Chee Seong oversees the strategic direction of Infineon’s Asia Pacific regional sales and marketing, R&D, manufacturing and corporate activities, a position he has held since July 2017. Infineon’s Asia Pacific headquarters is based in Singapore with local presence in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines and Taiwan. Chee Seong’s career began in R&D at Philips Color Television in 1993. As a senior application engineer at Motorola Semiconductor between 1994 and 1997, he was named inventor in five patent applications on automotive and sensor innovations. Before joining Infineon in 2000, Chee Seong was also a sales manager at PerkinElmer Optoelectronics. At Infineon, he has taken on roles in product marketing for industrial microcontrollers and regional marketing covering Asia Pacific’s automotive electronics segment. In his most recent role as Vice President of Automotive Regional Centre, Chee Seong was responsible for sales, marketing, OEM business development, concept engineering and application engineering for Infineon’s Automotive Division. He was instrumental in building up a competent segment marketing and system application engineering team to serve key customers and to grow Infineon’s automotive business in the region. Chee Seong has a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. |

Dr Siah Soh Yun is a Technology Development Vice President at GLOBALFOUNDRIES with over 20 years of semiconductor experiences, spanning from 0.35um to 40nm technology nodes. She is currently in charge of GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE Technology Development Department. She oversees the technology roadmap execution and drives differentiation to enrich the foundry technology portfolio. She joined Chartered Semiconductor Mfg in 1996 after receiving her Ph.D. in Science (Chemistry) from National University of Singapore. In 2010, she is technology development director with GLOBALFOUNDRIES. Over the years, Soh Yun has actively worked on CMOS platforms and recent years on More-than-Moores specialty technologies (non-volatile memories, high voltage applications etc). She participated actively in the collaboration with local universities and research institutes. Currently she has published over 30 technical papers and holds over 15 granted patents. |
Michael is the Chief Executive Officer of SESTO Robotics, a subsidiary of HOPE Technik specialising in the field of autonomous technology. In his capacity, he oversees the business goals of the company and has steered SESTO Robotics to achieve a strong global footprint. This includes securing major contracts and the setup of a subsidiary office in less than a year of company formation.
Michael’s experience with robotics technology coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the industry has led him to be appointed as the chairman of SPRING Singapore’s technical Committee for Automation and Robotics which focuses on identifying and evaluating new standards in automation and robotics. Previous appointments include sub-committee member of the Committee of the Future Economy (Ministry of Finance, Singapore) to review Singapore’s economic strategies, committee member of Singapore Manufacturing Federation’s Personal Care Robot Standards to develop standards for use of robotics in Singapore as well as for Singapore International Robo Expo, steering the conference and exhibition content to suit industrial needs in Singapore.
Prior to managing SESTO Robotics, Michael co-founded HOPE Technik in 2006 which has since grown from a start-up to a successful group that has developed over 400 integrated solutions and world-class products. At HOPE Technik, Michael held various roles such as design engineer, project manager and manufacturing team leader. He was also responsible for executive duties pertaining to finance, corporate development and administration.
Before HOPE Technik, Michael worked at Asian Touring Car Championship and was the Chief Engineer of the company’s professional race team. He is also an alumni of National University of Singapore.
