Gua Sha or Scraping is a form of TCM natural therapy based on the theory of meridians, 'Gua' means to rub or cause friction while 'Sha' is a reddish, elevated skin rash which reflects the pathological change on the skin itself after scraping. 'Gua Sha' treatment helps to release muscle tightness, pain and constriction, a significant release of muscular tension, decreasing stiffness and increasing mobility after treatment.
The trainer will tackle on frozen shoulder and finger joint pain for this session.

Note:
- Participants will need to use a Gua Sha plate for the practical session.
- Gua Sha plate can be purchased from the trainer at $12.00 per piece.
- Participants need not purchase a Gua Sha plate should they have one
- This is not a virtual session. Participants will attend this workshop phyiscally at the venue stated above
- Class will be conducted in mandarin
- Priority given to Tampines North residents (Blk 401 to 499C)

You understand all vidoes/photographs taken shall become the sole property of PA and will not be returned to you. The copyrights of the videos/photographs shall belong solely to TNGRO and they may be used in accordance with the usage as above.
