The Trainers
Darrell Tan is the co-founder of Crossward, an academy for English language and mentorship that educates youth through linguistic and socio-emotional competencies. He trains his students to write forum letters regularly. More than 30 of his students’ letters have been published in The Straits Times’ Forum pages this year. He is also an adjunct lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic where he teaches communications and critical thinking.
A co-founder and curriculum specialist at Crossward, Joy Soh has degrees in economics and law and is a trained educator and curriculum writer for secondary schools.
