Mr Rajeev Peshawaria
CEO, Stewardship Asia Centre (SAC)
Rajeev Peshawaria is the Chief Executive Officer of Stewardship Asia Centre (SAC). He is an out-of-the-box thought leader on leadership, management and corporate governance, with extensive global experience in leadership development and organizational consulting, as well as developing and delivering business strategy.
Prior to joining SAC, Rajeev was the CEO of the Iclif Leadership & Governance Centre based in Malaysia. With diverse experience across various industries including banking, financial services and FMCG, Rajeev has held executive roles including Chief Learning Officer at both Coca-Cola and Morgan Stanley, and senior positions at American Express, HSBC and Goldman Sachs. At Goldman, Rajeev helped found Pine Street - the firm’s acclaimed leadership academy - and headed Pine Street for Europe and Asia.
Rajeev is the author of Wall Street Journal and Amazon best sellers Open Source Leadership (McGraw Hill 2017), Too Many Bosses, Too Few Leaders (Simon & Schuster 2011), and co-author of Be the Change (McGraw Hill 2014). A sought after international speaker and a leadership consultant, Rajeev was named one of Top 100 Global Thought Leaders for Trustworthy Business by ‘Trust Across America’ in 2014 and 2017.

Mr Mikkel Larsen
Group Chief Sustainability Officer, DBS
He is presently a member of or represents DBS in numerous international and local councils or committees. These include: the Taskforce on Scaling Voluntary Carbon Markets, GRI Stakeholder Council, United for Wildlife Financial Taskforce, World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), Green Finance Working Group [Workstream Chair] under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)’s Financial Centre Advisory Panel (FCAP), Singapore’s Environment and Resources Standards Committee (ERSC) and the Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS).
Prior to joining DBS, Mikkel was the Chief Financial Officer for Asia Pacific in UBS from 2009 to 2012 covering Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Asset Management. He was previously the Asia Pacific Head of Accounting Policy and location controller for Hong Kong at UBS. Mikkel has also worked in Citigroup in London and KPMG in London and Denmark.
Mikkel is an adjunct professor at the Copenhagen Business School (CBS), and has an MBA from London Business School, graduate education from Harvard University, a master’s in Sustainability Leadership from Cambridge University, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Economics from CBS in his native country Denmark where he also holds his CPA.

Ms Ilaria Chan
Group Advisor, Social Impact Investments, Grab
Ilaria was formerly an Executive Director at the Sales & Trading division of Goldman Sachs New York where she was a top quartile performer at the bank, focusing on Asia Equities. She is currently also a global keynote speaker, a private investor, serves on the Board of Trustees of humanitarian organizations CareForChildren and Emancipaction, an Operating Advisor to Owl Ventures, an advisory committee member to GlobalSF'sWomen Empowerment Initiative, and serves on the advisory board of British real estate development firm Kinrise.
Ilaria holds a B.A. from Stanford University. She is also a freelance singer, concert pianist, food critic and restaurant judge, culinary school graduate, actress in musicals and plays and an avid scuba diver. Ilaria is dedicated to building bridges in the business and humanitarian work realms between East and West with a mission to further mass flourishing.
Ms Michele Lemmens
Regional Head ASEAN Hub, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
Michele Lemmens is the Regional Head of the ASEAN Hub for Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and works across businesses, governments, regulators, stock exchanges, investors and academia in the region to advocate sustainability reporting and build capability. Key to this outcome is engaging stakeholders in dialogue around ESG disclosure that enable better decisions, based on information that matters, to drive more sustainable outcomes.
She is currently seconded from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where she is the APAC Head of Business Sustainability & CTO. She has extensive experience in business model transformation often led by strategies such as new market entry, M&A, JVs, start-ups and strategic alliances. This experience has been built across multiple business functions and industries spanning APAC, ASEAN, Middle East and UK geographies.
Michele is passionate about the opportunities for business to embrace more sustainable business models by harnessing the power of innovation and digital in the way they operate and champion change for a better triple bottom line.
