BEFORE YOU START
Have a copy of the student's passport and residency visa on hand.
Passports and residency visas MUST have six months validity from the trip's return date to travel. Please double check the passport's expiry date and make any necessary arrangements.

VISAS
It is the responsibility of each family to check the visa requirements for their child's nationality. Ecoventure is not responsible for any denied visas or inability of a child to travel due to visa issuance difficulties.
Passports and GCC residency visas must be valid for six months from the trip's end date. It is the family's responsibility to ensure both travel documents are valid during the trip dates.
