27 October (Day 1)
27 October (Day 1)
27 October (Day 1)

Time: 10am - 12pm
Event Description:
Discover where conventional, data-driven AI reaches its limits in complex industrial environments, and how physics-based AI can bridge the gap by combining operational data with the physical principles that govern real-world systems.
Through practical examples and interactive exercises, participants will explore when data alone is sufficient, when physics-based approaches can add value, and how to evaluate the right AI approach for different industrial use cases. Participants will also step into the shoes of an industrial company considering an AI deployment, gaining practical insights into the business and operational considerations that shape enterprise adoption.
No technical or industry background is required. The workshop is particularly relevant to participants from the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, utilities, water and manufacturing sectors.
Participants are required to bring a laptop for the session.

Time: 10am - 12pm
Discover how AI is reshaping the way teams build and manage enterprise automation with Workato AIRO, an AI-powered orchestration platform that understands your workspace, workflows and organisational best practices.
Through live demonstrations and hands-on scenarios, participants explore how AIRO can translate business requirements into working automations, troubleshoot and take over existing projects, and embed team standards into workflows- offering a practical look at how
AI can make enterprise automation faster, more intuitive and easier to scale.
No prior Workato experience is required.
Participants are required to bring a laptop for the hands-on session.

Time: 1.30pm - 4pm
Build your own AI agent and put it to work on a real team workflow. In this hands-on Notion AI Lab workshop, participants will go beyond experimenting with AI prompts to design and build an agent that can support how their teams actually work.
Starting with a real workflow, participants will identify where AI agents can add the most value, map the context and handoffs they need, and build a working AI agent in Notion. Along the way, they’ll explore practical examples of agents in action- from answering questions to routing tasks and requests, and learn the foundations for creating effective agentic workflows that can be applied back at work.
No coding experience is required. Both existing Notion users and newcomers are welcome.
Participants are required to bring a laptop and arrive between 1.30pm and 2.00pm for account and workshop setup before the session begins.

Event Description:
What does it take to turn a promising AI prototype into a system you can actually trust in production? This workshop by ELGO AI explores the critical considerations for designing agentic AI systems that are accurate, safe and reliable beyond the proof-of-concept stage.
Using a real-world technical document extraction and computation use case, participants will examine how to break down an AI workflow, decide where AI reasoning should be used versus deterministic logic and human oversight, and anticipate potential failure points. Through an interactive group exercise, you’ll also explore how evaluation, guardrails, validation and monitoring can be built into AI systems to support reliable real-world deployment.
This workshop is designed for R&D, innovation, product, digital transformation and technical leaders involved in evaluating, developing or scaling AI solutions within technology-intensive organisations.

Time: 10am - 12pm
What if you could turn an idea into a working prototype in just 90 minutes? Join OpenAI and SGInnovate for a hands-on building session that takes you from idea to something you can see, test and interact with.
Start by using ChatGPT to sharpen your idea into a focused brief, then put Codex to work turning it into a functional website or interactive prototype. Through a guided build, you’ll test and refine your creation and see first-hand how AI can accelerate the journey from idea to execution.
Participants will leave with a working prototype of their own and a practical workflow for bringing their next idea to life.
No prior coding experience is required.
Participants are required to bring a laptop and complete the necessary account setup before the session.
