Based in Singapore, Winning International Group is a dynamic conglomerate with diverse interests in Ship Owning, Shipping Operation, Maritime Transhipment, Ship Management, Mining Development, and Railway Construction.

Our global operations, supported by branch offices and subsidiaries in key locations like China, Guinea, and Indonesia, enable us to provide exceptional land logistics, maritime logistics, and ocean transportation services to clients worldwide. With an unwavering commitment to safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency, we handle the transportation of commodities such as bauxite, alumina, nickel, iron ore, and general cargo. As the world's largest bauxite shipping company, Winning leads the industry with our extensive fleet and expertise.

At Winning, we control and operate a fleet of over 100 vessels, including 40 self-owned Capesize bulk carriers with a total capacity of 7.61 million DWT. This places our fleet among the world's largest dry bulk shipping companies, allowing us to meet the evolving demands of our clients effectively. In addition to our ever-growing vessel lineup, our transshipment fleet comprises eight large-scale floating cranes, a pair of floating commodity terminals, numerous barges, tug boats, bunker tankers, and floating docks. These assets form our maritime transshipment barge system, which boasts an annual transshipment capacity of 50 million tons.

One of our noteworthy achievements came in 2014 when Winning International Group collaborated with China's Weiqiao Group, China's Yantai Port Group of Shandong Port Group, and France's UMS to establish the "SMB-Winning Consortium" and initiate bauxite development in Guinea. Since then, our collective efforts have propelled us to become Guinea's largest bauxite producer. Our accumulative production and export volumes have exceeded 200 million tons , accounting for nearly half of China's annual bauxite imports. Guinea, as a result of our close partnership, has become the world's leading exporter of bauxite and China's primary bauxite supplier.

To ensure the success and sustainability of our bauxite project, the SMB-Winning Consortium invested USD750 million in the independent construction of the 125km-long Dapilon-Santou Railway, which was inaugurated on 16 June 2021. With an annual transportation capacity of 45 million tons, this railway serves as a vital component of the Santou mining zone's transportation system, benefitting other major bauxite enterprises along its route.

In November 2019, Winning Consortium Simandou(WCS), led by Winning International Group from Singapore, was awarded the mining concession to develop blocks I & II of the Simandou iron-ore deposit. This iron-ore mine is a treasure trove of untapped open-pit iron ore, boasting the highest iron content in the world. With our involvement, blocks #1 and #2, managed by WCS, are estimated to hold over 1.8 billion tonnes of reserves, with an iron content exceeding 65.5wt.%. Currently, WCS is working with other partners to jointly develop the Simandou project.

Our contributions extend beyond business success. To date, the SMB-Winning Consortium has invested close to USD 3 billion in Guinea's infrastructure, creating over 10,000 direct jobs and over 20,000 indirect jobs, while benefiting over 100,000 families. According to the World Bank, our project alone contributes to more than 10% of Guinea's GDP. Guided by our cultural philosophy of "Respect, Communication, Cooperation, Development," we strive to give back to the local society and its people. Through various initiatives such as constructing vegetable planting demonstration bases, routes, bridges, wells, and the donation of clinics, schools and mosques, we have significantly improved living conditions, provided valuable skills training, and increased employment opportunities for the local communities we serve.
