- Prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may be subjected to prevailing taxes applicable at the time of purchase.

- Strictly no cancellations or refunds will be allowed once passes are purchased.
- Admission is strictly for registered attendees only. Persons under the age of 18 will not be admitted, whether accompanied by an adult or not, unless attendance is approved and coordinated through an official event programme.
- A valid admission pass is required to access the event premises. Passes are strictly non-transferable and must be worn at all times. Entry into restricted areas is not permitted. As identity checks may be conducted, please bring your business card and a valid photo ID (e.g. passport, NRIC, or driving licence) for verification.
- Proper business or business casual attire is required. Inappropriate attire such as shorts, t-shirts, sleeveless tops, singlets, ripped jeans, bermudas, slippers, and sandals (unless part of national or corporate attire) is not permitted on the event premises. Attendees who are dressed inappropriately will be denied entry.
- Please note that the registration will close at 5:00 PM on both event days.
- All attendees must adhere to the prevailing travel requirements set by the Singapore Government.
- Attendees are required to present their confirmation email with QR code (sent to their registered email address) for pass collection at the event venue.
- Lost or damaged passes must be reported immediately at the Pre-Registration Area. A replacement fee of S$90 will be charged for each reprint.
- Passes must be worn and remain valid throughout the entire duration of the event.
- Pets are not allowed within the event premises, except for trained assistance dogs (including guide dogs) accompanying persons with disabilities. Assistance dogs must remain under the control of their handler at all times.
- The purchase, possession, or use of e-vaporisers (including related products) is illegal in Singapore. Offenders may face fines or prosecution. Attendees found with e-vaporisers, including those containing prohibited substances such as etomidate (“K-pods”), may be refused entry or banned from re-entry into Singapore. - The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or request any person to leave the event premises without providing a reason. All decisions made by the Organiser are final.
