* Delegates may be refused admission to the SIAC Symposium 2022 if payment is not received prior to the SIAC Symposium 2022. The fees are not inclusive of hotel accommodation.

# GST of 7% on registration fees is applicable to individuals, corporations or businesses. All fees including any bank administrative charges will be subjected to 7% GST.

Cancellation & Refund

Any cancellation and request for refunds must be submitted in writing to the SIAC Symposium 2022 Secretariat on or before Friday, 29 July 2022.

A charge of 50% of the registration fee (plus 10% administration charge) will be charged for cancellations received in writing by the Symposium Secretariat before Friday, 29 July 2022. Refunds will be made within two months after the SIAC Symposium 2022. No refunds will be made for requests received after Friday, 29 July 2022.

Should you not be able to attend, a substitute delegate from the same organisation is welcome at no extra charge. No substitute delegate will be allowed after Monday, 22 August 2022.
