About the Speaker
Charlie Ill
Chief Executive Officer, Investible
Charlie Ill serves as the CEO of Investible, leading their Sydney and Singapore based team to source, screen and support Investible's portfolio companies globally, and managing their global strategy.
Charlie was Investible's Chief Investment Officer for two years before being appointed CEO. He played an instrumental role for the firm; setting the strategic direction for the investment team to help companies succeed and create exit opportunities. He has over 12 years of investment experience across four continents for leading firms and renowed funds.
Charlie previously lead investment at funds across Singapore and Oman, actively pursuing startups in fintech, deep tech, edtech, cleantech, the TMT sector, and more. Following this, he pursued innovative climate tech startups in a Singapore-based innovation centre before moving to Australia's Northern Territory, strategically investing in tech-enabled companies and other VC funds.
Charlie is passionate about uncovering solutions and scaling them across borders and cultures. When he's not identifying and engaging great founders and companies, you will find Charlie sailing - a passion of his that has taken him across the world.

Annie Luu

Annie Luu is a High Growth Scale-Up Coach who partners with ambitious companies to accelerate their growth and unlock global opportunities. With a career spanning leadership, investment, and international expansion, Annie has worked with founders and executive teams across industries to scale businesses and drive impact.
Formerly the Global VP at Marlee, where she coached startup teams from around the world, and the General Manager of Investible, where she spearheaded the company’s expansion into Asia. For several years, Annie was a mentor delivering workshops for the SIngapore Tourist Board (STB) accelerator program to support global scale ups launch into Singapore.
Drawing on her unique experience at the intersection of venture capital, entrepreneurship, and global market entry, Annie brings practical insights, strategic guidance, and an entrepreneurial spirit to every stage of business growth.
