SGCC 2019 Fan Booth Application

Fandom communities are the heartbeats of fans. By creating a safe and welcoming space in SGCC for the communities, we hope that fans can trumpet their passion to the uninitiated and form tight bonds with like-minded fans.  
 
There is a strict, overcomplicated, wordy criteria specific to the Fan-tastic Community Booth application.

1. Provide an engaging feature for SGCC fans outside of your community’s promotion.
2. Be creative on showcasing your passion!
3. Promote your attendance in SGCC 2019 to your community.
4. Your community’s participation in SGCC 2019 cannot be a for-profit organisation.

1. Applications are assessed and prioritised based on the level of engaging/interactive content proposed in the application.
2. Any changes to your application will be reviewed by the SGCC team, before any acceptance to the event.
3. Filling out this application does not guarantee a space at the event.
4. SGCC reserves the right to cancel or alter any space offer at any time, for any reason.
