Rangoli @ Home Competition
Rules and Regulations

1)   Send us a photo of your beautiful Rangoli design made by you and your family for this year's Deepavali.  Your photo must show the full coverage of your Rangoli design. 

2)   Creative and colourful Rangoli designs will be an advantage for this competition.

3)   Quality of your image must be sharp and clear. 

4)   Please send your photo entry to 8806 5178 (WhatsApp) or email to tpwcciaec@gmail.com by 4 November 2021, 11.59pm.

5)   Top 3 Best Rangoli @ Home designs will win attractive prizes. 5 Consolation prizes will be given to the 4th to 8th place winners. Organisers' decision is final and binding.

6)   Result will be announced 'LIVE' during the Harmony Deepavali 2021 e-Celebration event on Zoom.

7)   The organiser will contact you for the collection of your prize via your provided contact details.

8)   Participants are reminded to adhere to all prevailing COVID-19 Safe Management Measures (SMM). The organisers will not be responsible for any breach in SMM guidelines by the participant.
