- Participants of PA organised programmes are to be fully vaccinated, COVID 19 recovered, medically ineligible, or 12yo & below as per prevailing vaccination differentiated SMMs (VDS). Before the programme starts, participants must show their vaccination status to the organiser via TT app/ HealthHub app, or physical/digital copies of the vaccination certificate from MOH approved COVID 19 test providers.

- No rescheduling and/or refunds will be made upon confirmation of payment/booking regardless of inclement weather, lightning alert, PUB tidal gate operation and/or any other emergency.
- Users must be at least 7 years old and above.
- Children between the ages of 7 to below 12 must be accompanied by an adult above 21 years of age (For Kayak rentals, only double seater Sit-on-Top can be used).
- Participants are encouraged to put on covered shoes or wet shoes during session.

- Allocation of kayaks (single or double sit-on-tops) will be done on the day of rental, subjected to availability
