- -Stall-holders can sell their products, whether old or new, be it collectors’ items, electrical items, which must still be in working condition; books and etc. Barter trade can also be arranged among themselves.
- -Consumable cooked food; Company-owned products; Pirated VCDs/DVDs & CD-Roms & Photocopied School Assessment Papers are NOT ALLOWED to be sold in the flea market.
- -All stall-holders will be responsible for disposing of all unwanted items after the event to the dumping area nearby. Failing which will subject to stall-holders being barred from future similar event
- -In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Punggol Suncress RC reserve the rights to change the date and place for the said event. However, after the start of the event, the stall-holders will not be refunded the rental due to change of mother nature.
- -To note that only Tables & Chairs will be provided. No electrical points etc will be provided.
- -Stall Lots will be assigned on a random basis, no choosing of stall lots is allowed.
