- Duration: 30 minutes per person (Estimated)
- Areas to be checked: (1) Eyes (Vision), (2) Ears (Hearing), (3) Mouth (Oral Health)
- Must be a Teck Ghee Wellness Member;
- Must be a Singaporean, aged 60 and above
- $0 (Pioneer Generation),
- $2 (Merdeka Generation, CHAS cardholder [Blue/Orange]),
- $5 (CHAS cardholder [Green], other eligible seniors)
