Terms and Conditions
All registration must be completed and paid by 15 March 2018. Any late registration may result in non-publication of paper in the proceedings. All fees listed are not inclusive of bank charges. Participants would be required to bear all such charges.
Cancellation & Refund
Any cancellation and request for refunds must be submitted in writing to the PRO-AM 2018 Conference Secretariat before Friday, 30 March 2018.
A charge of 50% of the registration fee (plus 10% administration charge) will be charged for cancellations received in writing by the Conference Secretariat before Friday, 30 March 2018. Refunds will be made within two months after the PRO-AM 2018 Conference. No refunds will be made for requests received after Friday, 30 March 2018.
Should you not be able to attend, a substitute delegate from the same organisation is welcome at no extra charge. No substitute delegate will be allowed after Friday, 20 April 2018.

Please note that by attending the PRO-AM 2018 Conference, you are attending an event where photographs or video footage may be taken of you by our official photographer(s).
By entering the event premises, you consent to photography and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media or any other purpose by NTU, its agents and representatives. Images, photos or videos may be used to promote similar NTU events in the future. You release NTU, its officers and employees and any and all persons involved from any liability in connection with the taking, recording, digitising, publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video or sound recordings.
