Registration informations

- If you are attending Gala Dinner, select “Yes” for Gala Dinner option and $50 per person will be additional charge
- At the top right corner, you will see the total amount if you are charged
- Select “Credit Card” under Payment Method and click “Submit”
- You will be redirected to the payment gateway to complete your payment
- Upon payment completion, you will receive confirmation letter attached with QR code ticket
- Please print and bring this ticket with you at the event.

Cancellation & Amendment
- All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to the secretariat via email.
- In the event that the congress is cancelled due to strikes, flood, fire or any other circumstances beyond the control of the PRCP 2018 organising committee, the organising committee cannot be held liable. Registration fee or hotel payment/deposit made shall not be refundable.
