About the Presenter:
Cynthia Stott is an International Speech Coach and Global Visibility Influencer with over 47,000 followers in 140+ countries.
As a Consumer Protection and Discrimination Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank, she developed a statistical model that changed the way banks and car dealerships do business across the US
Moderator:
Sharon Kam is a consultant for an Italian design company and a locally founded international business transformation firm, Consulus. She has more than 20 years of working experience including six years in China, and held senior management roles in international consultancies and organisations from Europe, the United States and Asia-Pacific including Visa Inc. She specialises in branding, marketing and customer experience.
She also serves as the President for NUSS Toastmasters Club, Area Director (District 80 Z4), a member of NUSS IPLL sub-committee and other voluntary roles.
