- This activity is recommended for participants aged 7 years old and above (Minimum age of 7 years old).
- Participants aged 7 to 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult, 21 years old and above.
- Participants are encouraged to dress in sports attire and will need to bring along their own water bottle and yoga mats.
- All users are to adhere to the Safe Management Measures in accordance to the National guidelines.
