Let your child dive into the world of sewing and creativity in this fun, hands-on workshop! Guided by experienced instructor, kids will learn how to craft their very own folded cover backpack—perfect for carrying books, treasures, or weekend essentials.
This beginner-friendly session introduces basic sewing techniques, encourages creativity, and builds confidence as each child designs a one-of-a-kind backpack to bring home. No prior experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm!
Key Activities
• Introduction to sewing tools and safety
• Hands-on machine how to join seams ad create a fully lined backpack
• Personalising the backpack with fabric choices
• Creative time to decorate or embellish
• Showcase and take-home of their finished backpack!
Terms & Conditions:
- Registration end on 30 August 2025
- Minimum 5 pax to commence the class
- Registration based on first-come-first-served basis
- Price stated are subjected to prevailing GST
- Fees will be charged to membership account
- Please note that you should receive the workshop status email at least 5 working days before commencement date. Otherwise, please email to carollee@nuss.org.sg
Cancellation Policy:
• Written cancellations received at least 7 days before the event date are acceptable.
• Cancellations within 7 days will incur the full workshop fee, as your attendance contributes to meeting the required participant count for the workshop. Alternatively, you may arrange for a replacement.
