NUS120 Gala Dinner
Each transaction is limited to the purchase of one table for the NUS120 Gala Dinner due to system constraints. To purchase additional tables, please complete separate transactions. For assistance, contact us at nus120dinner@nus.edu.sg.
Terms and Conditions
- Please note that table sales are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
- Each table booking for 8 people is confirmed upon full payment of $2,288, plus prevailing GST. Kindly note that payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- We accept PayNow and all major credit cards, with the exception of Diners Club.
Table Allocation
- Seating will be arranged at the discretion of the National University of Singapore (NUS). Thank you for your understanding.
Guests' Information
- Within 7 working days of your booking, NUS will be in touch via email to gather your guest list and related details, including salutations, full names, email addresses, and dietary preferences.
- We kindly ask that guest details be submitted by the stated deadline. Late submissions may limit our ability to accommodate dietary requests.
- Amendments to guest details may not be possible after the stipulated deadline.
- NUS is pleased to offer the following menus for the Gala Dinner:
- Standard menu (Chicken or Fish)
- Halal-certified
- Vegetarian
Dress Code
- Formal attire would be much appreciated for this special occasion.
Others
- Please be note that NUS, authorised personnel for and on behalf of NUS (who will be carrying identification issued by NUS), and those at the NUS120 Gala Dinner (“the Event”) may take photographs and videos during the event. NUS may use the photographs and videos it takes and/or those taken by authorised personnel for NUS’ marketing and publicity purposes in print, electronic and social media.
- By attending the event, participants consent to photography and media use as described and agree to indemnify the organiser against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation.
