Cacao barry chocolates couverture 58%, Cacao barry chocolate premium cocoa powder, feulletine wafer, mascaprone cheese fr Italy, president dairy whip cream, veitnam expresso coffee, pastry cream cooking, fruits, decorative chocolates from France.
LunchParticipants will be required to pay $28 for lunch (includes free flow of coffee & tea);

RemarksCriteria **: This class require learner to attend Pauline’s Sourdough Basic. Not suitable for beginner. This class is a continuous session from Sourdough Basic in NUSS NSA Course.
