Some of life's most important decisions don't come with clear answers. They require the courage to take risks, challenge expectations, and pursue what matters when the path ahead isn't obvious.
The NextGen Steward Leaders Summit 2026 brings together students and young adults from across Singapore to explore what it means to lead with courage, purpose, and impact in a rapidly changing world.
Through immersive experiences, candid conversations, and real-world dilemmas, participants will discover how values-driven courage shapes not only their careers and aspirations, but also the communities and causes they care about.
NGSLS 2026 hopes to engage youths aged 15 to 35, students from tertiary institutions (i.e., ITEs, JCs, polytechnics, universities) and youths transitioning into the workforce.
