Registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunches, as well as the welcome reception on the first day.
- This will be an in-person only conference.
- All first/main authors have to be registered by 14 July 2025 (2359 UTC) to be included in the programme.
- For special sessions, the chair and first/main author of each talk have to be registered.
- If you register with the student rate, you will need to upload a copy of your student card (or equivalent) in the registration form.
Conference dinner
The cost of the conference dinner is not included in the registration fee. It will be held at StraitsKitchen (Grand Hyatt Hotel), and features a halal-certified buffet featuring local favourites, including Chinese, Indian, Malay, and Peranakan dishes and desserts in a marketplace setting. The dinner is priced at SGD99 NETT. To attend, please add the conference dinner option when completing your registration in the portal.
Cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellations can be requested by sending an email to nwav.ap8@nie.edu.sg. A 50% refund will be made if cancellation request is received up to 6 June 2025. After which, no refunds will be made.

By attending the event, you consent to the use of your photograph, voice, likeness, and image in any broadcasts of this event and in subsequent productions drawn from video or audio recordings of this event. The photographs and recordings may be published or broadcasted in the official NIE and affiliates’ publications and in publicity materials, including the NIE and affiliates’ websites and social media. All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, audio or video and/or any reproductions of same in any form, are the property of NIE. NIE, its affiliates, employees, representatives and agents are released from any and all claims, demands, costs and liability that may arise from the use of these interviews, recordings, photographs, videotapes or films, and/or any reproductions of same in any form, as described above, arising out of being interviewed, recorded, photographed, videotaped or filmed.
It is the responsibility of event participants to remove themselves from group and candid shots/recordings that the photographers/videographers intend to capture, if they do not wish to have their photos/audio-visual recordings taken at the event.

Please note, we will not be able to allow you to take part in the event if you withdraw consent.
