- Collect your A3 size totebag from Punggol Vista CC from 27 July 2021 to 6 August 2021 (2pm - 6pm)
- Design your totebag
- Submit a video wishing Singapore 'Happy Birthday' and the totebag that you have designed and WhatsApp to 8130 2598 by 6 August 2021 (Friday) 2359 hr
- Include your name, age, postal code and payment receipt in the WhatsApp submission
