In collaboration with Women's Integration Network Council and Singapore Heart Foundation, Mummy's Heartbeat is an event organised to promote heart health and encourage all to care for heart, in celebration of Mother's Day.
Mummy's Heartbeat will be held on Saturday, 7 May 2022 from 10am-12pm at Kampong Kembangan CC Hall. There will be 2 sessions for this event - Cardio Dance and Zumba. Kindly choose 1 out of the 2 sessions.
Session 1 - Cardio Dance
Time: 10am-11am (1 Hour)
Session 2 - Zumba
Time: 11am-12pm (1 Hour)
• Registration is required.
• Each session is capped at 50pax, thus registration will close once maximum capacity has been reached.
• Each registration is entitled to receive a free goodie bag.
